Bexhill Photographic Club Competitions
Throughout the season the club holds open Print ,Slide and Digitally Projected Images competitions as well as a Print Panel Competition and two Slide Set Subject competitions. Members are encouraged to submit work for appraisal and constructive criticism by external adjudicators. The latter are usually experienced photographers who have achieved a degree of excellence in photography. (for example they may have achieved affiliation to an internationally recognised body such as the Royal Photographic Society)
Winning Prints/ Slides and Digitally Projected Images are then entered into the Print /Slide and Digitally Projected Image of The Year Competitions.
Competitions are usually held monthly and are split into Classes.

Inter-club Competitions
Local clubs competition, entry numbers controlled by hosting club but usually 10 Prints/Slides from each club.
Match-a-slide
Local clubs competition, entry numbers controlled by hosting club but usually 20-40 Slides from each club.
External Competitions
The club is a member of both The Photographic Alliance of Great Britain (PAGB) and The Kent County Photographic Association (KCPA). These organisations hold Regional and National competitions and the club has entered work for the KCPA event. The club also submits work for the Sussex Print and Slide Conventions held in Hailsham, East Sussex. For more information on the club`s participation in these events please see the list below.
